"Philippa is an international homeopath and nutritional therapist, soon to be published author and founder of The Well-being Gardener – Planting The Seeds of Joy And Gratitude.
After the suicide of her father, Philippa spent many years struggling to come to terms with his actions. Her personal journey took her all over the world, before bring her back to where it all began, where she was called to help others like herself.
Having spent the last five years building her successful homeopathy and nutritional therapy practice, in May 2020 Philippa launched The Well-being Gardener – Planting The Seeds Of Joy And Gratitude.
In launching this new chapter in her life, she was able to bring with her not only her 5 years of clinical practice as a Homeopath, but also her personal experience with losing a loved one to suicide.
Her passion is supporting people to change their lives for the better, by pivoting their perspective and moving them from grief, depression, anxiety and fear, to gratitude, love, peace and empowerment.
Philippa is currently launching an interactive, online Grief to Gratitude program, to share with as many people as possible, how with simple, daily practices and changes in perspective, they can achieve the happiness they desire and deserve."

StArt a conversation.. Talking about abuse is hard

Watching someone experience abuse is challenging, especially if that person is someone you know and love. Abuse is about power and control, meaning there may be a clear imbalance in the relationship where one partner has or ends up with more power and control over the other.
Conversations with a survivor about their situation can be hard: they may not want to discuss the abuse they’re experiencing for any number of reasons, including fear, shame, or even concern for their partner who has abusive behavior.
If you’ve noticed warning signs of abuse affecting someone in your life, your instinct may be to intervene or even “save them” from the relationship, but it’s never that simple.
